We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Specialist to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of the organization's IT infrastructure across the head office and multiple plant/site locations. This role requires strong expertise in Fortinet Forti Gate administration, enterprise networking, infrastructure management, and end-user support, while serving as the technical escalation point for complex infrastructure and security-related issues.<br> Key Responsibilities Design, configure, and maintain Fortinet Forti Gate firewalls, including Firewall Policies, NAT, VPN, High Availability (HA), and SD-WAN. Manage network security technologies such as IPS, Web Filtering, Application Control, SSL Inspection, and bandwidth optimization. Monitor firewall performance, internet utilization, and network health while ensuring maximum availability and security. Administer and support LAN/WAN infrastructure, switches, routers, wireless networks, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and WAN connectivity. Configure and maintain site-to-site and remote access VPN solutions.
