Project Manager – Facilities Management<br>About the Role ESOM is seeking an experienced Project Manager – Facilities Management to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across a medium-to-large project. The Project Manager will be responsible for overall project operations, contract performance, budget control, workforce management, client satisfaction, SLA compliance, risk management, and the effective delivery of both hard and soft FM services. The position may oversee a workforce of approximately 200–450 employees.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day delivery of hard and soft facilities management services. Summary:The Telecom Installation Technician is responsible for installing telecom equipment, structured cabling, fiber optic systems, and AC/DC power connections while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
