<li><span>10-15 years of experience in seafood processing and food manufacturing operations.</span></li>
<li><span>Proven experience in a leadership role within seafood production.</span></li>
<li><span>Strong knowledge of seafood processing technologies, yield management, and cold-chain operations.</span></li>
<li><span>HACCP certification and knowledge of ISO 22000 are highly desirable.</span></li>
<li><span>Experience in plant commissioning, SOP development, and continuous improvement initiatives are an advantage. </span></li>
