<p>Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking an Electrician / Electrical Technician to support the construction department by maintaining, repairing, testing, and preparing electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment used across projects and site operations.</p><p>The role will support the KES Construction team, which delivers One-Source Solution projects covering design, fabrication, and installation for industrial customers. The team supports equipment installation and maintenance across refinery, petrochemical, power station, and heavy industrial facilities in the region.</p><p><strong>What You Will Do</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain, repair, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment used in project and site operations.</li><li>Prepare, organize, sort, pack, and coordinate equipment, cables, machines, and tools to ensure readiness for site execution.</li><li>Inspect equipment to identify faults, defects, errors, or maintenance requirements and support reliable equipment performance.</li><li>Provide onsite maintenance support during plant shutdowns, primarily at refineries and power stations.</li><li>Plan, organize, and prioritize work based on project requirements while maintaining accurate records.</li><li>Build constructive working relationships with colleagues and project teams to support safe and reliable execution.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Knowledge of electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and repair practices.</li><li>Electrical qualification or certification relevant to the role.</li><li>Exposure to the use of hand tools, power tools, multimeters, and related maintenance equipment.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.</li><li>Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements and safe working practices.</li><li>Competent soldering skills.</li><li>Exposure to maintaining and troubleshooting welding equipment, plasma machines, power distribution boards, grinders, cutting machines, air compressors, and electronic cables.</li><li>Knowledge of equipment maintenance activities within refinery, power generation, or industrial environments.</li><li>Exposure to supporting turnaround, shutdown, and project-site activities.</li></ul>

<p>Key Responsibilities:</p><p>Lead medical planning and space programming for healthcare facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and specialized medical centers.</p><p>Develop functional layouts for clinical departments such as Operating Rooms (OR), Intensive Care Units (ICU), Imaging, Emergency Departments, Outpatient Clinics, Inpatient Units, Laboratories, and Administrative Areas.</p><p>Collaborate with clinicians, hospital administrators, architects, engineers, and consultants to translate clinical workflows into efficient and patient-centered designs.</p><p>Prepare space programs, adjacency diagrams, room data sheets, and departmental planning documentation.</p><p>Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare design standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements, including NFPA, ADA, JCIA, and local healthcare regulations.</p><p>Coordinate medical equipment planning with architectural, MEP, and engineering teams.</p><p>Review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure alignment with healthcare planning requirements.</p><p>Participate in all project phases from concept design through schematic, detailed design, construction documentation, site coordination, and commissioning.</p><p>Support design reviews, technical workshops, and client presentations.</p><p>Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize healthcare facility functionality, patient safety, operational efficiency, and future flexibility.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Minimum Requirements:</p><p>Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Healthcare Design, or a related field.</p><p>Master's Degree in Architecture, Healthcare Planning, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.</p><p>Professional certification or specialized training in healthcare facility planning or healthcare design guidelines is an advantage.</p><p>Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare planning, hospital architecture, or medical facility design.</p><p>Proven experience in space programming and planning for hospitals, medical centers, and healthcare facilities.</p><p>Strong knowledge of healthcare design standards, including NFPA 99, ADA, JCIA, and applicable local healthcare regulations.</p><p>Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications; experience with Smartsheet is an advantage.</p><p>Familiarity with medical equipment planning software and data-driven space planning tools.</p><p>Ability to interpret clinical workflows and develop efficient, code-compliant healthcare facility layouts.</p><p>Good understanding of healthcare MEP coordination, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.</p><p>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and multidisciplinary coordination skills.</p>
