By continuously pushing the boundaries of innovation, we strive to pioneer the future of construction, creating sustainable and impactful solutions that leave a lasting legacy.</p><br><p>Excellence, Integrity and, Innovation - every step of the way.</p><br><br>Responsibilities:<br><p>The main purpose of The Corporate Engineering Manager job is to report the function’s performance regularly to the Engineering Director, coordinator the model information in BIM, and conducts regular design coordination reviews with the modelling team to identify and resolve any coordination errors or deficiencies.</p><br><ul><li>Manage and conduct the affairs of the function with the highest standards of respect, integrity, accountability, agility, quality, safety and corporate governance</li><li>Manage the development of KSA national employees across the function to support corporate objectives, Saudization targets and lead the knowledge dissemination culture to ensure optimal building of internal capabilities and maximize their performance</li><li>Ensure compliance with Code of Ethics policy and adopting company values across all function’s employees and provide leadership to reinforce a strong people culture and ethical business practices</li><li>Enhance adoption and utilization of systems and ERP</li><li>Identify and track KPIs for the team and devise plans and initiatives for improvement</li><li>Strive to streamline and refine comprehensive policies, operational business processes systems and procedures </li><li>Provide leadership and guidance and monitor effective teamwork and cooperation with Finance, Human Resources, Commercial, Quality Health Safety Environment (QHSE), Communication, and Technical services functions</li><li>Report the function’s performance regularly to the Engineering Director</li><li>Manage the day-to-day modeling issues on the project(s)</li><li>Participate in project BIM set-up, standards and coordination process</li><li>Ensure the models are created in accordance with the BIM standards for the project</li><li>Perform health checks (e.g. audits) on the model to ensure compliance with the project requirements</li><li>Conducts regular design coordination reviews with the modelling team to identify and resolve any coordination errors or deficiencies in the models</li><li>Manage the integration of cost and schedule information in the model</li><li>Responsible for construction sequencing</li><li>Responsible for review of compiled models for Quantity Take Off process</li><li>Undertake the role of Interface Manager as applicable</li><li>Liaise with integrated design team to ensure clashes are identified, reported and resolved</li><li>Perform 3-D coordination and design review</li><li>Create project-specific model content, including necessary levels of definition and controls.</li></ul><br>Qualifications:<br><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering</li><li>10 years’ experience in Engineering, with technical background in BIM in similar sized operations to ESEC</li><li>Experienced in BIM standards and with advanced level knowledge of BIM tools </li><li>Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus</li><li>Proficient in MS Office Suites</li><li>Excellent communication, people management skills and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management skills</li><li>Well-versed in identifying and mitigating project risks</li><li>Capable of predicting project cost to complete and abiding to budgeted project plan</li><li>Experienced in P&L accountability with business acumen</li><li>Applies advanced engineering in BIM to provide technical support to operations, projects, and/or running facilities</li><li>Applies advanced ability to Manage the sourcing and extraction of data providing integrated information leading to accurate decision making</li><li>Excellent scopes of engineering specifications, supported by cost estimation and logistics</li><li>Exhibited strong project management skills, planning execution, managing resources and monitoring process to meet targets and objectives</li></ul><p>Additional Info:</p><br><p>This is a Full-time job offering standard benefits such as paid annual leave, public holidays, living allowances, healthcare coverage, and end of service benefits.
