Review and verify all handover documents, including As-Built Drawings, O&amp;M Manuals, Warranties, Test Reports, and Asset Registers. Ensure all MEP systems are fully operational and compliant with project specifications before acceptance. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to close all punch list items and outstanding defects. Support the transition of buildings from construction to operation and maintenance. Conduct technical inspections and recommend acceptance or rejection based on project requirements. Prepare handover status reports and monitor progress until final acceptance.
