Lead the technical handover of university facilities from contractors and consultants. Attend, witness, and verify all Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities for building systems. Review and verify all handover documents, including As-Built Drawings, O&M Manuals, Warranties, Test Reports, and Asset Registers. Ensure all MEP systems are fully operational and compliant with project specifications before acceptance. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to close all punch list items and outstanding defects. Support the transition of buildings from construction to operation and maintenance. Conduct technical inspections and recommend acceptance or rejection based on project requirements. Prepare handover status reports and monitor progress until final acceptance. Support the FM in establishing preventive maintenance requirements and asset data before operational handover.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Operation & Maintenance, or Building Projects.
- Proven experience in the handover of facilities/buildings from contractors and consultants.
- Hands-on experience in Testing & Commissioning (T&C) and witnessing commissioning activities.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ELV, and BMS).
- Experience in reviewing As-Built Drawings, O&M Manuals, Warranties, Asset Registers, and Handover Documentation.
- Familiarity with international standards and best practices related to building commissioning and facilities management.
- Good communication skills.
