The ideal candidate will have substantial experience managing high-rise buildings, towers, and complex mixed-use developments, with demonstrated responsibility for leading projects from design development through the completion and formal issuance of coordinated tender documentation. The role requires close coordination with clients, architects, engineering consultants, specialist designers, BIM teams, and cost consultants to ensure design quality, programme alignment, timely decisions, and tender readiness. Strong planning, technical coordination, consultant management, and reporting skills are essential, supported by proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Auto CAD, and Revit.<br>Design & Pre-Construction Management Skills:Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary design delivery for high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use towers.
