Job Purpose Responsible for the technical review, supervision, and coordination of structural works for District Mall – ROSHN, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality requirements, and applicable codes. Key Responsibilities Review structural IFC drawings, shop drawings, calculations, material submittals, method statements, and technical submissions. <p>Responsibilities</p><p><br></p><p>We envisage success in this role to include;</p><p><br></p><p>Attending to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.</p><p>Inspecting the installation of electrical components such as conduits, wiring, and outlets within precast elements.</p><p>Demonstrating knowledge in MEP l techniques, procedures, and in all relevant international codes and standards.</p><p>Demonstrating experience and capability in all aspects of the mechanical engineering discipline. </p><p>Review submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements and international best practice.</p><p>Report any works carried out by contractor found to not be in accordance with approved drawing and specifications and report to stakeholders for appropriate action.</p><p>Monitor quality of works and assess the safety at site including health and environmental issues, ensuring compliance with contractual / QCS specifications and safety and health risk assessments. </p><p>Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as and when required.</p><p>Prepare surveillance report(s) for deficiencies of work found at site and non conformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the development of events.</p><p>Check and ensure effective co-ordination between discipline related works and all other disciplines.</p><p>Provide technical input and experiences to resolve any discipline related issues on site that may arise.</p><p><br></p><p>Qualifications</p><p><br></p><p>To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 10 years' career experience partnered with a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering discipline. </p><p><br></p><p> </p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><br></p>

We are looking for an experienced Technician 2 to support our client's technical and after-sales service operations in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, troubleshooting technical problems on customer sites, and carrying out maintenance and repairs with minimal supervision.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Attend customer sites independently to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems affecting equipment and machinery. Perform maintenance and repairs independently. Carry out programming and technical adjustments where required. Diagnose faults systematically and identify the root cause of technical problems. Handle major mechanical duties and repairs related to the company's machines. Provide technical support during equipment breakdowns and service calls. Follow proper safety procedures when working on equipment and at customer sites. Report completed work, identified faults, and required repairs to the relevant supervisor or manager. Work professionally with customers and other technical team members.<br><br>Requirements<br><br>Previous experience in a technician or similar technical role. Strong mechanical and technical troubleshooting experience. Ability to work independently and attend customer sites without requiring assistance.
