A ce titre, il doit maitriser pleinement le logiciel de CAO CATIA V5 (modules Part Design, GSD1, GSD2, IMA, STL Rapid Prototype…). <br>Des qualités de concepteur « intégrateur » sont également demandées pour proposer des concepts pertinents et rejouer les CAO pour les rendre fabricables FA, intégrer le besoin client ainsi que les résultats de simulation de ces pièces évoluant dans un environnement multi-physiques (aerothermiques, thermomécanique…). <br>Le-la concepteur-trice sera amené à collaborer avec les équipes méthodes numériques et industrialisation, afin d'exploiter au mieux le potentiel de la FA, de gérer la volumétrie des fichiers numériques (CAO « lourdes ») et de tester des solutions logicielles innovantes.<br>Le concepteur-intégrateur sera amené à mener des activités de recherche de concepts fabricables FA optimisés mécaniquement pour différents types de solutions. Overview & Responsibilities<br><br>Overview:<br><br>To recommend and implement repairs for all types of industrial and rotating equipment, including but not limited to compressors, turbines, and other equipment.<br><br>Has the ability to document, erect, alter, install, align, repair, replace, disassemble, and reassemble, move and inspect most rotating equipment, using proper tooling and processes to complete work in a safe and timely manner to meet customer needs. Ability to plan and oversee the repairs with limited supervision. Able to understand and process documentation associated with turbo machinery such as inspection reports, photo logs, and hold tags. Advance knowledge of lifting, rigging, crane and forklift operations. Able to help train other hourly employees in repair processes and procedures.
