The LOTO Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and Energy Isolation Program during construction completion, pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing, and plant handover activities. The role ensures personnel safety by preventing inadvertent energization, startup, release of stored energy, or operation of equipment during work execution.
