Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and tracking project deliverables. Background in Research and Development (R&D) or continuous improvement, with the ability to evaluate new technologies and optimize system performance. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field; professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, or local engineering registration) are an advantage. Knowledge of relevant international and local codes and standards (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, SMACNA, local building regulations). Effective communication skills, ability to work collaboratively on-site, and strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Prior experience in KSA or GCC MEP projects and familiarity with local practices is preferred.
