<ul><li><p>Lead and manage the electrical engineering and technical team throughout the project lifecycle.</p></li><li><p>Review and coordinate electrical design, drawings, specifications, calculations and technical documents.</p></li><li><p>Ensure electrical designs are fully coordinated with architectural, structural, mechanical and other disciplines.</p></li><li><p>Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, technical submissions and RFIs.</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance with project specifications, Saudi Building Code, Civil Defense requirements, and applicable international standards.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers and project management teams on all electrical technical matters.</p></li><li><p>Identify design discrepancies, clashes and constructability issues and provide practical engineering solutions.</p></li><li><p>Manage the technical review and approval process for electrical materials and equipment.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical support to construction teams to resolve site-related engineering issues.</p></li><li><p>Monitor electrical works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with BIM teams and ensure proper integration and coordination of electrical services within the overall project model.</p></li><li><p>Review and manage technical changes, variations and design modifications from an electrical perspective.</p></li><li><p>Participate in design review meetings, technical workshops and coordination meetings with the client and consultant.</p></li><li><p>Support procurement by reviewing technical specifications, vendor proposals and equipment selections.</p></li><li><p>Ensure timely closure of technical submittals, RFIs, design comments and consultant observations.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover requirements for electrical systems.</p></li><li><p>Provide technical guidance and mentoring to electrical engineers and technical staff.</p></li><li><p>Monitor project technical risks and ensure timely resolution of critical engineering issues.</p></li><li><p>Ensure all electrical documentation, as-built drawings, O&M manuals and handover documents are completed as required.</p></li><li><p>Support project management in achieving project milestones, cost objectives and quality targets.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering</p></li><li><p>15–20+ years of overall experience in electrical engineering and construction.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in managing electrical technical activities for large-scale construction proje<strong>cts</strong>.</p></li></ul>
