<p>Job Title: Operator Twin Chamber Furnace <br>Reports to: Shift Supervisor <br>Department: Cast House </p><p><br>JOB PURPOSE The aim is to state the overall significance of the job from the organization's perspective. Monitor & Control Furnace parameters in his shift to achieve target metal output with focus on metal Quality & Productivity as per the SOP, Safety & Environment Policies of the Unit. </p><br><p>MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES <br>Monitor & control machine parameters. <br>Monitor & control the machine parameters to increase utilization & production with required quality. Follow Procedure & policies. <br>To follow Management related policies like IMS, ISO, Safety, HR, Administrative & encourage helpers to follow. Oversee shift production activities and resource allocation & control to meet production targets. Plan, organize & do the furnace activities to achieve target production. Scrap segregation, charging, alloying, metal preparation & timely metal transfer to meet Caster demand. Monitor the process & quality parameters of all related equipment’s of furnaces in his shift to get required production with quality. Ensure proper working of EMS, EMP & RFI. Ensure metal quality with required chemical composition. Interaction with electrical, mechanical & quality for correction of any abnormality. Coordinate with Melting Furnace operators to fill Melting furnace with molten metal on time. Material Shifting as & when required. Strategic Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government water authorities (e.g., NWC, SWCC), private developers, major consultants, and EPC contractors. Prescription & Specification: Work closely with engineering consultants to influence project specifications and prescribe Schneider Electric solutions at the early stages of project design. Solution Selling: Shift from product-selling to high-value solution-selling, integrating IoT, software, asset management, and energy efficiency solutions. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, upcoming mega-projects (such as NEOM, Red Sea, Qiddiya), and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Tender, Project Execution, Technical Support, and Marketing teams to deliver winning commercial proposals. Education: Bachelor s degree in electrical engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience: Minimum of 7 10 years of successful sales experience, with at least 5 years strictly dedicated to the Water & Wastewater (WWW) segment in Saudi Arabia. Network: Strong existing network and proven track record with KSA water authorities (SWCC, NWC), consultants, and major EPCs. Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of automation (PLC, SCADA, telemetry), variable speed drives (VSDs), MV/LV power distribution, and digital water software solutions. <p> <b>Responsibilities </b>As a Service Technician, you hold an important role as the frontline of our service agreements and taking care of the customers' turbines. The position requires accuracy and professionalism as the quality and personal safety of our service work is highly considered. To succeed in this role, we believe you possess good knowledge of electricity and mechanics as well as being service-minded. Your responsibilities will be: • Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs • Service and maintenance according to the agreement, as well as carrying out a diversity of check-ups, repairs, and replacement activities of turbine components • Friction-less operation of our turbines and use of our systems like condition monitoring and remote control • Contact with customers regarding completed and upcoming service and repairs • Responsibility of the service vehicle, warehouse and order of material, tools, and spare parts • Daily reporting in SAP • Work to the highest safety and environmental standards whilst ensuring that service targets are met • Assemble components and main components according to current rules or work instructions, if necessary, making use of internal or external cranes Qualifications On the professional level, we believe you have: • Experience or a degree within electricity, mechanics, or hydraulics, and is still eager to develop your skills within these areas • Good knowledge in English is a plus • Computer knowledge, as the tasks include regular reporting and communication through various systems.
