Description: The Pre-Sales Engineer plays a pivotal role in delivering Dahua’s high quality products, solutions, and services. The Pre-Sales Engineer will be engaged with not only our Tech, Sales, Marketing and Operation Departments, but also external clients such as distributors, system integrators, installers, end-users, and other clients, to improve Dahua business performance and reputation and ensure healthy sustained business growth.<br>Main Responsibilities:<br>The Pre-Sales Engineer is required to deliver the following key tasks:<br>Provide technical support and advising on all aspects of dahua solution for sales staff and customers, including responding to customers on technical problems, cooperating with R&D on troubleshooting and doing integration with third party companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections, monitoring construction activities, preparing quality documentation, and coordinating with project stakeholders to maintain the highest quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Inspect architectural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Prepare and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), inspection checklists, and quality procedures. Conduct site inspections and coordinate inspections with consultants and clients. Raise, monitor, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Review and approve Inspection Requests (IRs) before submission to the consultant. Verify that construction materials comply with approved submittals and project specifications. Monitor architectural finishing works, including blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, ceilings, painting, doors, windows, flooring, and other finishes. Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation, inspection records, test reports, and quality logs. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues. Ensure compliance with company QA/QC procedures, contract requirements, and applicable building codes. Participate in internal and external quality audits. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports as required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
