Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Prepare and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), inspection checklists, and quality procedures. Conduct site inspections and coordinate inspections with consultants and clients. Raise, monitor, and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented. Review and approve Inspection Requests (IRs) before submission to the consultant. Verify that construction materials comply with approved submittals and project specifications. Monitor architectural finishing works, including blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, ceilings, painting, doors, windows, flooring, and other finishes. Maintain accurate QA/QC documentation, inspection records, test reports, and quality logs.
