The role involves working with the team, optimizing preventive and corrective maintenance programs, to minimize downtime and extend the lifecycle of assets.<br>Key Responsibilities:Manage preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and structural systems on jack-up barges. Plan and supervise corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown repairs to restore operations in a timely manner. Monitoring and tracking Planned Maintenance System (PMS) of all maintenance activities. Conduct root cause failure analysis (RCFA) on recurring issues and implement long-term corrective actions. Ensure maintenance activities comply with Class, Flag State, and international maritime standards (ABS, DNV, IMO, SOLAS, MARPOL, etc.). Manage certification, inspection, and surveys required by classification societies, flag authorities, and client requirements. Oversee the maintenance and reliability of safety-critical equipment, including firefighting, lifesaving appliances, navigation systems, and dynamic positioning (if applicable).
