ABOUT THE JOB<br>We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quality Inspector to join our Project and Construction Management team in Riyadh. This opportunity lies within our Infrastructure Division and requires specific expertise in working on Civil Engineering and Transportation projects, particularly those involving roads, highways, bridges, and tunnels in urban environments.<br>Your primary focus will be to verify compliance with contract requirements, specifications, approved ITPs, and quality procedures across daily site activities, ensuring that works, materials, and documentation consistently meet project standards. You will collaborate closely with discipline engineers, the QA/QC team, and the Contractor to drive right‑first‑time delivery and continuous improvement.<br><br>KEY RESPONSABILITIES<br>Main descriptions of the job position:Conduct daily inspections of site works in accordance with approved Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), checklists, and method statements; record and file all inspection outcomes. Verify the contractor’s quality documentation, including calibration certificates, materials approvals, test reports, NCR/CAR logs, and as-built records, ensuring timely closure of findings. Monitor materials receiving, storage, and handling to ensure compliance with specifications and approved submittals; coordinate with Materials Inspector/discipline engineers on any discrepancies. Witness and/or review laboratory and field tests (e.g., concrete, asphalt, soils, aggregates) to confirm conformance with project standards; track results and trends. Issue and follow up on non-conformances (NCRs), corrective/preventive actions, and site observations; verify implementation and effectiveness of corrective measures. Support the QA/QC Engineer in audits, surveillance, and quality meetings; contribute to risk identification and mitigation concerning workmanship and compliance. Review method statements and work procedures for clarity, safety, and quality controls; ensure hold points and inspection points are respected prior to proceeding. Maintain accurate, timely inspection logs and reports, including photographic evidence and traceability of materials and tests. Promote a quality culture on site by engaging with the supervision team and contractor crews, reinforcing standards, and highlighting best practices.<br><br>ABOUT YOUDiploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related technical discipline. Quality inspection experience in civil/infrastructure projects within a PMCM/PMC/supervision environment. Qualified with relevant Quality Qualifications: CQE (Certified Quality Engineer), CQA (Certified Quality Auditor), MQM (Master Quality Manager). Applicable Experience: over 7 years. Proficiency level of English language. Arabic Language is a plus. Excellent communication skills.
