Scope:<br>Provide technical and operational leadership for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the Crude Distillation Unit (CDU) and Vacuum Distillation Unit (VDU). The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert, supporting operational excellence, troubleshooting, process optimization, reliability initiatives, and personnel development within a world-class refinery environment.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Provide technical expertise and operational support for CDU/VDU units to ensure safe, stable, and optimized operations. Monitor unit performance and identify opportunities to improve throughput, energy efficiency, product yields, and operational reliability.
