The main aim of this job is to maintain regular communication with customers visiting the front office for any services and to be responsible for some admin work related to placement test and registration period.<br><br>Main Opportunities/challenges For This Role<br><br>The British Council is open to customers from 9:00 to 21:00 from Saturday till Thursday. The Customer Services Team work a range of shifts designed to meet customers’ needs within these times and within operational constraints. On occasions, the post holder might be required to work outside the standard working hours and during the weekend.<br><br>Main Accountabilities<br><br>To ensure the smooth day-to-day running of practical aspects of the customer service by:Photocopying material To assist TC, exams and CS with display work To help when necessary to give publicity materials Keeping the waiting area tidy Checking the waiting area equipment Preparing the waiting area and placement tests area To deliver high standards of customer care by:Welcoming the customers at the front office and help them to choose the correct option from the queuing system Calls the waiting list customers Monitore the waiting area Directing customers to the placment test classes Directing Customers enquiries to the right person Assisting with queries as required Phoning students to update them on information and services as well as running telephone surveys as requested. To help with placement testing setup by:Preparing all rooms as required Preparing the number cards Storing tests in a tidy fashion Respond to all F2F, phone and emails enquiries in a positive and professional manner in accordance with the British Council Customer Service Standards and Policies, as outlined in the Customer Management Framework. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for admitted patients in the department under own responsibility or supervision of the consultant. Manage outpatient clinics when assigned, according to the approved departmental rota. Conduct patient assessments, request investigations, interpret results, establish diagnoses, plan treatments, and perform follow-up evaluations within granted privileges. Assist consultants in ward rounds and surgical procedures. Ensure timely documentation of patient records, discharge summaries, and medical reports in the electronic health system. Attend all emergency codes and provide support as per hospital policy. Contribute to patient and family education on health promotion and disease prevention. Provide teaching, supervision, and mentorship to interns, residents, and fellows as assigned. Engage in continuous self-development and support departmental training programs. Enhance patient experience through compassion, respect, and dignity. Carry out any additional tasks relevant to professional role and assigned by the department. Requirements Education & Qualification Medical degree from a recognized and accredited university. Completion of internship and residency in the relevant specialty. Postgraduate qualification (MD, MS, MSc, or equivalent) in specialty field. Licensure & Certification Valid license to practice medicine in country of origin. Eligible for licensure with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS). Experience Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience after residency in the relevant specialty. JOB SUMMARY:Consultant Pediatrics - Orthopedic surgeon is responsible for providing care to patients (inpatient and outpatient) by maintaining a high level of professional performance in accordance with Professional medical ethics and CBAHI/JCIA standards. Laws of Ministry of Health in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and any other applicable regulations according to the departmental quality plan.<br>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>Ensures through his/her actions, either directly or indirectly, that a superior quality of medical treatment, compassion and understanding is given to every patient served at the Riyadh Care Hospital. Conducts regular ward rounds on his own and/or as a team to formulate a multi-disciplinary treatment plan including pre-operative and post-operative care. Active participation in training program related to his field and organization within the hospital for training of junior medical staff and in-service training for nursing staff and technicians.
