Location: Various Project Sites Across Saudi Arabia We are looking for an experienced Microwave Installation Technician to join our growing telecommunications team. If you have strong hands-on experience in microwave radio installation, commissioning, antenna alignment, and RF troubleshooting, we'd like to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Install and commission Point-to-Point (PTP) and Point-to-Multipoint (PMP) microwave radio systems. Install microwave antennas, radios, mounts, brackets, grounding systems, fiber optic, and SFTP cabling. Perform antenna alignment and optimize RF performance to achieve target RSSI, SNR, CINR, and link stability. Configure microwave radios, frequencies, bandwidth, VLANs, QoS, and network parameters. Conduct RF, throughput, latency, jitter, and packet loss testing. Integrate microwave links with fiber backbone networks and verify connectivity. Troubleshoot RF interference, signal degradation, alignment, and connectivity issues. Prepare commissioning reports, test results, and site handover documentation. Ensure compliance with telecom engineering standards, HSE regulations, and work-at-height safety requirements.
