Art & Visual Direction• Lead the visual direction of major campaigns and product launches.• Define and approve key visuals and master campaign assets.• Direct photography, video, CGI, 3D, motion graphics, styling, and visual production.• Create moodboards, treatments, visual references, shot direction, and creativeguidelines.• Ensure all final creative output is aligned with the approved concept and brandstandards. Video, CGI & 3D• Develop and lead concepts for campaign films, digital videos, CGI, and 3D content.• Direct internal teams, agencies, production houses, videographers, photographers,and CGI/3D specialists.• Review treatments, storyboards, animation, editing, and final production.• Ensure motion and 3D content support the product story and campaign idea. Social Media & Digital Creative• Lead creative direction for social media and digital advertising.• Develop visual systems suitable for Meta, Tik Tok, Snapchat, Google, and otherplatforms.• Work with Digital Growth and Performance teams to develop creative variationsbased on campaign objectives and performance.• Ensure campaign ideas remain consistent while being adapted effectively acrossdifferent formats.
