This role leads a team of Technical Sales Professionals, develops strategic go-to-market plans, manages key customer and partner relationships, and ensures the successful positioning of Alnafitha’s security offerings. The BDM acts as the primary business owner for the Cyber Security practice, balancing commercial targets with technical credibility to win and grow enterprise accounts.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Business Development & Revenue Growth<br>· Own and achieve revenue and margin targets for the Cyber Security practice across assigned territories and accounts.<br>· Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Alnafitha’s Cyber Security offerings covering IT Infrastructure, Cloud Security, ATP, Network Security, LOB Security, Endpoints, and Security Appliances.<br>· Continuously build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities; drive new logo acquisition and expand existing accounts.<br>· Identify and pursue new market segments, verticals, and partnership opportunities aligned with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 digital and security agenda.<br>Team Leadership & Management<br>· Lead, coach, and develop a team of Technical Sales Professionals (TSPs) specialized in Cyber Security solutions.<br>· Set clear objectives, KPIs, and development plans for team members; conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing mentoring.<br>· Foster a high-performance culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the Cyber Security team.<br>Customer Engagement & Account Management<br>· Build and nurture C-level and senior executive relationships across target accounts to position Alnafitha as a trusted Cyber Security advisor.<br>· Oversee the full sales cycle from lead qualification through proposal, negotiation, and contract closure, ensuring exceptional customer experience at every stage.<br>· Serve as executive sponsor on strategic accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities are maximized.<br>Strategic Planning & Practice Development<br>· Develop and manage the Cyber Security practice business plan including forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning.<br>· Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging threats to continuously refine Alnafitha’s Cyber Security value proposition and differentiation.<br>· Collaborate with product management, marketing, and technical delivery teams to ensure the practice portfolio meets customer needs and market demands.<br>· Contribute to building Alnafitha’s technical content library including service catalogue, case studies, and knowledge base for Cyber Security solutions.<br>Partner & Vendor Management<br>· Manage strategic relationships with key Cyber Security vendors and technology partners;
