This role is not about responding to messages—it’s about owning the resident experience end-to-end. The Resident Relations Specialist sits at the heart of the resident journey in SATEL: from the first inquiry, to move-in, daily living support, and all the way through move-out. Key Responsibilities Resident Experience & Communication Manage all resident communication professionally. Handle inquiries, complaints, and daily requests with accuracy, empathy, and urgency. Build long-term trust with residents through consistent follow-up and clear communication. Act as the primary point of contact for resident-related matters. Operations & Coordination Coordinate directly with maintenance, cleaning, leasing, and compounds teams to ensure fast and effective issue resolution. Schedule, track, and follow up on work orders until full closure. Conduct site visits to compounds and residential properties when required. Ensure residents’ issues are resolved within agreed timelines and quality standards. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily and weekly reports covering requests, cases, property readiness, and resident satisfaction. Document all communications, updates, and actions accurately in internal systems. Monitor property conditions and proactively escalate risks or recurring issues. Leasing & Onboarding Support Support the leasing team during pre-move-in and post-move-out stages. Guide residents through onboarding, unit handover, and contract awareness.
