Delay Analysis & Claims Analyze contractor's claims for Extension of Time (EOT) by reviewing delay events, contemporaneous records, and the impact on the critical path Maintain a comprehensive "As-Built" program and a detailed delay register to protect the client's interests Provide expert planning input on variations and change orders, assessing their impact on the overall project completion date4. Coordination & Communication Liaise between the site supervision team, the design team, and the contractor to ensure alignment between construction activities and design deliverables Coordinate with other discipline leads (Architectural, Structural, MEP) to ensure planning data reflects site realities Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management. A Master’s degree is a plus Certification: Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCP (Certified Cost Professional) is highly desirable Software: Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
