The role supports the successful delivery of telecom infrastructure projects.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br>• Install telecom equipment, including MPLS-TP, DWDM, routers, switches, and other network devices, as per approved drawings and manufacturer guidelines.• Install LAN/WAN infrastructure, including copper and fiber optic cabling, patch panels, racks, and cable management systems.• Perform AC and DC power termination for telecom equipment and panels.• Install and wire DC distribution components, including MCBs, fuses, terminal blocks, power distribution units (PDUs), and related panel accessories.• Carry out fiber optic cable laying, termination, and support fiber splicing activities.• Ensure clean, organized, and professional equipment installation, cable routing, dressing, labeling, and cable termination.• Read and interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, cable schedules, and installation layouts.• Perform continuity and basic cable/fiber testing and support engineers during testing activities.• Follow project quality, safety, and housekeeping requirements at all times.<br><br>Technical Skills• Knowledge of telecom equipment installation and structured cabling practices.• Good understanding of fiber optic cable standards, laying, termination, and fiber splicing.• Knowledge of AC/DC power systems and electrical components used in telecom panels.• Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and installation drawings.• Familiarity with basic cable and fiber testing tools.• Experience with AC/DC power wiring and telecom panel installation.<br><br>Preferred Skills<br>• Experience working on Saudi Energy (SEC) telecom or substation projects.• Strong attention to detail with excellent workmanship in equipment installation and cable management.• Good communication and teamwork skills.
