<p><strong>Job Purpose</strong> Drive high-impact outcomes within Sustainability & Resource Growth by executing specialized technical and research activities related to mineral and resource knowledge. The role supports Maaden s Technology & Innovation strategy through data analysis, research, and operational insights, contributing to improved resource understanding, process optimization, and innovation initiatives</p><p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p><p>1. Mineral & Resource Research Activities Conduct research and analysis on mineral resources, geological/geophysical data, and processing characteristics. Support development and enhancement of resource knowledge frameworks and datasets. Assist in evaluating mineral properties, material behavior, and resource potential.</p><p>2. Technical Analysis & Insight Generation Analyze operational and research data to identify performance improvement opportunities. Support generation of technical insights and recommendations for exploration, processing, and development activities. Contribute to data-driven decision-making across resource growth initiatives.</p><p>3. R&D & Innovation Support Support R&D initiatives, including pilot testing, experimentation, and research programs. Assist in development and testing of new methodologies, tools, and approaches for resource evaluation. Contribute to innovation initiatives within Sustainability & Resource Growth.</p><p>4. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to optimize resource utilization, recovery, and efficiency metrics. Support continuous improvement initiatives across exploration, processing, and resource development workflows. Assist in development of best practices and improvement frameworks.</p><p>5. Data Management & Documentation Maintain and manage resource-related datasets, documentation, and technical records. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and traceability of data used in research and analysis. Support development of knowledge repositories, standards, and documentation practices.</p><p>6. Governance, Risk & Compliance Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards in all research and technical activities. Support adherence to governance frameworks and regulatory requirements. Identify risks related to data, research methodologies, and technical activities.</p><p>7. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with geology, geophysics, mining, processing, and R&D teams to ensure integrated delivery of research outcomes. Engage stakeholders to understand requirements and align research priorities. Contribute to knowledge sharing across teams and functions.</p><p>8. Knowledge Management & Capability Building Support development of standard operating procedures, best practices, and technical guidelines. Contribute to knowledge transfer and capability development across the organization. Promote a culture of innovation, research, and continuous improvement.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong>: Bachelor s degree in Geoscience, Mining Engineering, Metallurgy, Data Science, or a related discipline. Advanced degree (Master s) is an advantage.</p><p><strong>Minimum Experience</strong>: 3 5 years of experience in mineral resource analysis, research, or mining/processing environments.
