<p><br></p><p><b>Job Purpose:</b> The Senior Residential Marketing Manager is a commercially driven marketing specialist responsible for executing Red Sea Global s residential marketing strategy across a portfolio of ultra-luxury developments. This role owns the delivery of integrated marketing programmes designed to build brand equity, generate high-quality, prequalified leads , and directly support sales conversion . A key focus is engaging UHNW and HNW audiences through targeted digital campaigns, premium events, PR, and bespoke content. Working closely with Sales, Digital, Events and other development Marketing teams - alongside multiple external agencies - this role ensures marketing activities are aligned to commercial objectives and contribute measurably to revenue performance. Strong experience in CRM-led lead generation and sales-driven marketing. Demonstrated experience engaging UHNW and HNW audiences. PR experience and strong understanding of media landscapes. Proven track record delivering integrated B2C campaigns; B2B experience advantageous. Highly commercial mindset with strong agency management and leadership skills. Previous experience in the GCC region strongly preferred, with good understanding of the regional luxury real estate market.
