Together, we'll make travel better.<br>Job Overview The Reservations Supervisor is responsible for leading the Reservations Department to maximize occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction. The role oversees all reservation activities, supervises and develops the reservations team, ensures the effective management of reservation and distribution systems, and supports the Hotel Manager in achieving the hotel's commercial and operational objectives — while maintaining the highest standards of service, accuracy, and compliance with Plaza Premium Group policies and the applicable regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.<br>Job Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the Reservations Department. Ensure all reservations, amendments, cancellations, and special requests are processed accurately and promptly. Monitor room inventory, rates, and availability to optimize occupancy and revenue. Oversee the hotel's revenue management and distribution strategy and manage day-to-day yield operations. Manage and maintain all reservation systems, including PMS, CRS, GDS, channel managers, and OTA extranets, ensuring they are configured correctly and operating efficiently. Ensure all published and contracted rates are loaded in line with ZATCA requirements (15% VAT and applicable municipality fees correctly reflected in rate configuration and confirmations). Ensure guest data captured at the reservation stage supports compliance with Ministry of Tourism and Ministry of Interior guest registration requirements (valid National ID / Iqama / passport details). Conduct competitive benchmarking and monitor market trends — including seasonal demand drivers relevant to the Kingdom (Hajj and Umrah seasons, Ramadan and Eid periods, national events, Saudi Tourism Authority campaigns, and airport traffic patterns) — to identify revenue opportunities. Evaluate the performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (international and regional OTAs such as Almosafer and Rehlat, FIT, tour operators, corporate, government, consortia, airline crew, and groups). Prepare and analyse reservation, occupancy, and revenue reports and support the annual budgeting process. Supervise, train, and motivate reservations staff to deliver exceptional guest service, with active participation in the development and on-the-job training of Saudi national team members. Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and tact, in both Arabic and English. Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards. Maintain effective communication with Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.<br><br>Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years' experience in hotel reservations, including supervisory responsibilities; experience within GCC hospitality market is an advantage. Proficient in PMS, CRS, GDS, channel management, extranets, and revenue management systems. Strong analytical and numerical skills.communication in the local market. Your responsibilities as a Senior Marine Pilot: Conduct safe and efficient pilotage operations for vessels arriving, departing, shifting, berthing, and unberthing within JCPDI Port limits, associated facilities, and assigned offshore SPM locations. Provide professional navigational advice to vessel Masters and bridge teams to ensure the safe movement of all vessel types within the port and its approaches. Assess weather, sea state, tides, currents, traffic, and navigational hazards to determine safe operating parameters and support pilotage decisions. Develop and communicate pilotage and berthing plans with vessel Masters, tug Masters, mooring teams, VTS, terminal representatives, and other relevant parties. Direct tug usage and mooring arrangements during berthing, unberthing, and vessel shifting operations. Maintain effective communication and coordination with VTS, port authorities, terminal operators, and vessel bridge teams throughout operations. Ensure compliance with Harbour Master Instructions, port regulations, company procedures, and applicable national and international maritime regulations. Participate in a 24/7 operational roster and remain available for pilotage duties as required by operational demands.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Your qualities You can make your mark as a Senior Marine Pilot if you have: Master Mariner Class 1 (Unlimited) Certificate of Competency, valid medical fitness certification, and completion of IMO Resolution A.960 Pilot Training or an equivalent recognised pilot training programme. Minimum 10 years of experience as a Marine Pilot, including harbour, tanker, offshore, and SPM pilotage operations, preferably within major commercial ports, industrial ports, or oil and gas terminals. Strong knowledge of ship handling, tug operations, bridge resource management, pilotage best practices, and modern navigation systems including ECDIS, radar, and pilotage equipment. Previous experience in the Middle East or Saudi Arabia, as well as exposure to VTS operations, port management systems, container terminal operations, and bulk cargo operations. Proficiency in English is essential, while knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Training or certification in Bridge Resource Management (BRM) and Human Factors. Reporting to the Service Line Director, the Practice Lead will be responsible for assisting in the establishment and development of the Freight Rail business throughout the EMEA region. If you are The job holder will be responsible for checking the quality of all raw material delivered to Binzagr Unilever Factory and ensure that only incoming material which meet the agreed UL specifications are released for use to Manufacturing department. Responsible for analytical instrumentation in QA and Process laboratories. Responsible also for improving both raw materials and suppliers to ensure reduction of loss time in production due to non-conforming packaging materials. then this role is just for you!<br><b><span>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</span></b><br>1. To ensure that all incoming RM materials are sampled as per the Standard AQL and are analyzed as per the procedure following the Unilever Method of Analysis (UMA)<br>2. To ensure that all incoming RM are supplied with Certificates of Analysis (COA) from suppliers and are filed, retrievable and well maintained.<br>3. To create correct inspection lot in QM of SAP for all raw material or update of specifications based on PLM.<br>4. To ensure that all quality conforming RM are released in the SAP system on time.<br>5. To maintain and update Material Safety Data Sheets of all raw materials used in the factory<br>6. To ensure that all non-conforming incoming materials and online rejected RM are blocked physically as well as in the SAP system.<br>7. To ensure that all tested incoming RM are kept in Product Library Room for 1 year as reference for any future RM related issues.<br>8. To update and maintain raw material reference standard in QA laboratory on time.<br>9. To raise SNCR timely in SAP and Quality One and properly inform the respective departments (Production, IL, Planner, Procurement) and supplier about the non-conforming RM including full details of materials (e.g., Supplier name, Type of defect, Quantity received, quantity affected, batch number, etc.).<br>10. To communicate with RM suppliers when resolving RM quality issues and ensure all CAPAs are compiled to monitor its effectiveness.<br>11. To assist in identifying and investigation for any RM related losses in the factory.<br>12. To support Product Development (R&D) in preparation of specifications for new raw material, updating existing RM specifications, and validating test methods for new RM components when required.<br>13. To attend production trials that are related to Raw Materials.<br>14. To audit the RM WH and Pre-weighing Areas that all raw materials are handled and stored as recommended during and until used.<br>15. To ensure that near-to-expire RM are managed thru SOP for RM Expiry Management<br>16. To ensure that all SOP, UMA and OPL related to raw materials posted in QC Lab, Pre-weighing and Warehouse Areas are updated.<br>17.
