المسمى الوظيفي: أخصائي أسفلت / مهندس مواد ورصف (Asphalt Specialist) الموقع: الرياض، المملكة العربية السعوديةعن الوظيفة نبحث عن أخصائي أسفلت ذو كفاءة وخبرة فنية متقدمة للانضمام إلى فريق عملنا في إدارة وتنفيذ مشاريع البنية التحتية والطرق في مدينة الرياض.المسؤوليات والمهام الوظيفيةالإشراف الكامل على اختبارات وضبط جودة الخلطات الأسفلتية ومطابقتها للمواصفات الفنية المعتمدة.متابعة عمليات فرش ودك الأسفلت في الموقع والتأكد من تحقيق نسب الدمك ودرجات الحرارة المطلوبة.إعداد ومراجعة تصاميم الخلطات الأسفلتية (Mix Designs) وتقارير الجودة اليومية والدورية.التنسيق المباشر مع استشاري المشروع والجهات المختصة لاعتماد المواد والتجارب الحقلية والمعملية.متابعة أعمال كشط وإعادة سفلتة الطرق ومعالجة العيوب الإنشائية للرصف بكفاءة وسرعة.المؤهلات والشروط المطلوبةبكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو ما يعادلها.خبرة لا تقل عن 7 سنوات مستمرة في شركة واحدة من شركات مقاولات الطرق المصنفة تصنيف أول.ميزة إضافية مفضلة: خبرة سابقة ومثبتة في مشاريع أمانة منطقة الرياض (خاصة مشاريع رفع الكفاءة وتحسين الطرق).إلمام تام بالمواصفات الفنية العامة لوزارة النقل وأمانة منطقة الرياض للأعمال الإنشائية والأسفلت.امتلاك مهارات تواصل وإدارة فرق عمل ممتازة، والقدرة على التواجد الميداني والمتابعة الدقيقة.طريقة التقديم

Performs necessary calculations at the well site as needed. Performs data collection and data distribution on jobs as needed. Coordinates the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. Utilizes competency processes to enhance skills development and job performance. Must be knowledgeable of HMS and HSE standards. Promotes and contributes to safety awareness and environmental consciousness. Promotes and takes an active part in quality and continuous improvement processes. Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.
