Performs necessary calculations at the well site as needed. Performs data collection and data distribution on jobs as needed. Coordinates the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job. Utilizes competency processes to enhance skills development and job performance. Must be knowledgeable of HMS and HSE standards. Promotes and contributes to safety awareness and environmental consciousness. Promotes and takes an active part in quality and continuous improvement processes. Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined. <p>The Incumbent is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of overhead/EOT cranes in the Steel Melting Shop , handling scrap, ladles, molten-steel-related equipment and other heavy materials while supporting continuous EAF, LRF and CCM operations.</p><p><b><br></b></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Operate EOT/overhead cranes in the SMS as per approved operating procedures.</li><li>Handle and transfer scrap baskets/charging buckets for EAF charging.</li><li>Handle molten-steel ladles between EAF, LRF and CCM areas as per production requirements.</li><li>Position ladles accurately at EAF, LRF, ladle turret and casting areas .</li><li>Handle tundishes, ladle accessories, refractory materials and other SMS equipment as required.</li><li>Perform crane operations safely in high-temperature and heavy-industry environments.</li><li>Follow instructions from EAF/LRF/CCM operators, Shift Incharge and SMS control room .</li><li>Ensure accurate crane movement, lifting, lowering, travelling and positioning of loads.</li><li>Conduct pre-shift inspection of crane, hoist, brakes, hooks, ropes, limit switches and safety devices.</li><li>Immediately report abnormal crane conditions, equipment defects or unsafe conditions.</li><li>Follow load capacity, lifting plans, exclusion zones and safe lifting practices .</li><li>Coordinate with ground personnel through radio/hand signals during lifting operations.</li><li>Maintain safe clearance from personnel, equipment, furnaces, ladles and other structures.</li><li>Support smooth material movement to avoid production delays.</li><li>Maintain crane operation/logbook records and report shift-wise abnormalities.</li><li>Follow all HSE, PPE, emergency and housekeeping requirements .</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p>Experience: 9+ Years Qualification: Bsc/Diploma/ITI(Full-Time Regular)

<p>Job Location- Rabigh</p><p>Job Summary</p><p>Monitor and control of the Unit/plant Operation parameters and coordinate with the other Operators in regard to all related activities that affect operation.</p><p>Roles and Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Comply with safety rules and regulations. Be familiar with the fire equipment in his area.</li><li>Familiar with plant P&IDs, SOPs, Work instructions, Operation and control logics as well as the emergency operation procedures and any other related documents.</li><li>Monitor all parameters of the unit and enter periodic readings on log sheets. Summarize all activities/events that took place during his shift in the log book.</li><li>Follow the instructions of the Shift Charge Engineer and Shift Supervisor and coordinate with other Operators in regard to all activities</li><li>Be alert and take quick actions during abnormal operating conditions.</li><li>Coordinate and ensure Lock Out & Tag Out during the isolation of equipment for maintenance as per the approved Permit To Work procedure.
