<p>We operate a purpose-built workers' accommodation camp in Riyadh providing catering, laundry, gymnasium and mosque facilities to our residents. We are hiring an experienced Facilities Management Supervisor to run the camp day to day and lead the soft-services team.This is a hands-on, live-in supervisory role. You are the person residents, clients and management look to when something needs fixing, cleaning, feeding or resolving.Key responsibilities:• Run daily camp operations across accommodation, catering, laundry, housekeeping, gym and mosque facilities• Supervise the camp team — cooks, kitchen helpers, cleaners, laundry hands and tea boys• Manage room allocation, bed-space planning, check-in/check-out and a daily-reconciled occupancy register• Conduct daily hygiene, housekeeping and HSE inspections and maintain written records• Enforce food-safety standards in the kitchen — temperature logs, cold-chain, FIFO stock rotation, storage segregation• Verify all food handlers hold valid municipality health cards• Supervise laundry operations, linen inventory and rotation, and equipment servicing schedules• Maintain the gym — daily cleanliness checks, equipment condition, removal of defective machines from service• Maintain the mosque and ablution areas to a standard appropriate to a place of worship, with prayer-time schedule and adequate water supply at peak times• Log, prioritise and close out maintenance faults; escalate MEP, HVAC, plumbing and electrical works to the technical team or approved vendor• Control stock of food, consumables, linen and cleaning materials; monitor cost per head against budget• Keep the camp inspection-ready at all times for municipality, Civil Defence and client visits• Manage fire safety — extinguisher servicing, alarm tests, escape-route clearance, evacuation drills• Act as first point of contact for resident welfare, complaints and discipline; escalate serious incidents immediately• Submit daily and monthly reports on occupancy, meals served, incidents, faults and costsYou will report to the Camp Manager and work a 6-day week with an on-call rotation.Package: SAR 3,000 basic per month, plus free accommodation, free messing (three meals daily), transport, CCHI medical insurance, sponsored Iqama and work permit, joining and annual return air ticket, 21 days paid annual leave, and overtime and end-of-service benefits as per Saudi Labour Law.</p> </div><h2 class="h5">Skills</h2>
