We are seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Production team in Dammam. The ideal candidate will manage sterile manufacturing operations, ensuring full adherence to c GMP, safety, and quality requirements. Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Contract Duration: Until March 2027Employment Type: Fixed-term Contract until 2027<br>About the Role<br>We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Delivery Manager to support the planning, coordination, readiness, and delivery of critical infrastructure across a portfolio of high-profile venues and facilities in Riyadh.<br>This role will be responsible for driving infrastructure readiness, managing stakeholder interfaces, coordinating technical and operational requirements, and ensuring projects are delivered in line with programme objectives, timelines, quality standards, and operational requirements.<br>The ideal candidate will come from a background in major infrastructure projects, engineering, construction, utilities, facilities, transportation, mixed-use developments, giga-projects, or large-scale public sector programmes.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of infrastructure and engineering activities across assigned venues and facilities. Manage interfaces between clients, consultants, contractors, operators, and government stakeholders. Monitor project progress and ensure infrastructure works are delivered in accordance with approved schedules and milestones. Coordinate technical reviews, inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. Ensure infrastructure and operational requirements are fully integrated throughout project delivery. Identify project risks, constraints, and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies. Support readiness planning and operational integration activities. Review contractor performance and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and project standards. Coordinate utility and support services requirements, including power, water, telecommunications, and associated infrastructure. Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates for senior leadership and project stakeholders. Support issue resolution and decision-making processes across multiple workstreams.<br>Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Facilities Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure delivery, engineering, construction, utilities, facilities management, or large-scale development projects. Proven experience managing multidisciplinary stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and client teams. Strong understanding of project delivery, construction processes, infrastructure coordination, and operational readiness. Experience managing project schedules, risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
