NOW HIRING – MEP MANAGER - ARCHITECTURE & ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY<br>The Client Our Client is a leading engineering and design consultancy with operations across Saudi Arabia delivering major commercial, residential and mixed-use developments across the region.<br>The Role The MEP Manager will lead and oversee all Mechanical and Electrical engineering design activities across the business, ensuring technically rigorous, coordinated and code-compliant MEP solutions are delivered across all project stages from Concept Design through to IFC.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead MEP design delivery across CD, SD, DD, IFT and IFC stages. Review and approve MEP design packages, ensuring technical quality and compliance with relevant Saudi and international codes and standards. Lead multidisciplinary design coordination across MEP, Architecture and other engineering disciplines, including BIM and clash detection. Manage and develop MEP engineering teams across Riyadh and Cairo, including workload planning, performance and technical development. Oversee project programmes, resources and delivery, resolving technical and programme risks across the MEP portfolio. Represent the MEP function in client meetings, design reviews and technical discussions. Establish and maintain MEP QA/QC processes and engineering standards across the business.
