Inventory Management</p><ul><li>Lead warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and stock control.</li><li>Improve inventory accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies.</li><li>Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, damaged, and excess inventory.</li><li>Optimize warehouse layout, storage utilization, material handling, and inventory processes.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.</li></ul><p>Transportation &amp; Customs Operations</p><ul><li>Oversee import/export activities, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and shipping documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth customs and logistics processes.</li><li>Manage shipment tracking and proactively address delays, clearance issues, and documentation gaps.</li><li>Ensure compliance with applicable trade regulations and customs requirements.</li></ul><p>Vendor &amp; Service Provider Management</p><ul><li>Manage relationships with logistics providers, freight forwarders, transport companies, customs brokers, and warehouse partners.</li><li>Evaluate vendor performance against service, cost, quality, compliance, and operational KPIs.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives with external partners.</li></ul><p>Cost Control &amp; Process Improvement</p><ul><li>Monitor logistics, warehousing, transportation, and distribution costs.</li><li>Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.</li><li>Develop SOPs and process controls for logistics, inventory, warehousing, and transportation operations.</li><li>Support digital transformation initiatives including ERP systems, inventory tracking tools, barcode systems, and reporting dashboards.</li><li>Prepare performance reports and dashboards covering logistics KPIs, inventory performance, and operational efficiency.</li></ul><p>Leadership &amp; Team Management</p><ul><li>Lead logistics, warehouse, transportation, dispatch, and supply chain teams.</li><li>Establish clear KPIs, performance objectives, and accountability measures.</li><li>Build a culture focused on safety, operational excellence, customer service, and continuous improvement.</li><li>Coach, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance and succession readiness.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, Planning, Sales, Finance, Quality, HSE, and senior leadership teams.</li></ul></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>Requirements</p><p>Education</p><ul><li>Bachelor s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.</li></ul><p>Experience</p><ul><li>Minimum 10 years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehousing, Transportation, Distribution, or Industrial Operations.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience leading and managing teams.</li><li>Strong experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, electrical products, construction materials, or heavy industry environments.</li><li>Proven experience managing warehousing, inventory control, transportation, distribution, and supply chain operations.</li><li>Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets is preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of import/export processes, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and logistics compliance.</li></ul><p>Technical Skills</p><ul><li>Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles and best practices.</li><li>Expertise in Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, Transportation Planning, and Distribution Operations.</li><li>Experience with ERP systems and supply chain reporting tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of logistics cost management and operational KPI monitoring.</li><li>Ability to develop and implement SOPs, process improvements, and operational controls.</li><li>Experience with inventory optimization, forecasting, and warehouse productivity initiatives.</li><li>Familiarity with digital logistics tools, barcode systems, and supply chain automation solutions.</li></ul><p>Leadership &amp;
