Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, or related discipline</li><li>Minimum 10 years of proven experience in MEP design and coordination on large-scale urban master plan projects, commercial developments, or complex infrastructure initiatives</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in designing and coordinating MEP systems for multi-phase, multi-building urban development projects</li><li>Advanced Airfield infrastructure. Roads and utilities. Building services systems. Large-scale infrastructure programs.</li><li>Experience working with consultants, contractors, and client teams within BIM environments.</li><li>Strong knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and digital engineering processes.</li><li>Advanced proficiency in BIM and CAD platforms including: Autodesk Revit. Autodesk Civil 3D. Navisworks Manage. AutoCAD. BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud or equivalent CDE platforms.</li><li>Experience with clash detection, model federation, and BIM coordination processes.</li><li>Knowledge of ISO 19650 BIM standards and information management principles.</li><li>Understanding of airport infrastructure coordination and multidisciplinary engineering interfaces.</li><li>Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination abilities.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple BIM priorities within a complex airport project environment.</li><li>BIM certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional, BIM Manager Certification, or equivalent.</li><li>Experience implementing BIM on international airport development projects.</li><li>Knowledge of ISO 19650 information management standards.</li><li>Experience with Digital Twin, GIS integration, and smart asset management solutions.</li><li>Experience supporting BIM-based construction management and project controls.</li><li>Experience working under FIDIC or similar international contract frameworks.</li><li>Experience supporting Design-Build, EPC, PMC, or Delivery Partner project delivery models.</li><li>Strong stakeholder coordination experience with airport operators, contractors, consultants, and technology providers.</li></ul>
