Marine Operations Division is responsible for leading the planning, engineering and delivery of key subsea tasks to deliver safe and efficient vessel operations. Your primary role is to provide subsea services to offshore customers, such as diving and Remote Operated Vehicle (ROV) operations, such as underwater inspections, repairs, maintenance and construction. Also, you will provide an advanced/higher level of technical expertise and support in resolving complex technical issues related to subsea operations.</p><p>Duties and Responsibilities<br>As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:<br>Provide the main interface between diving operations and their customers, when developing the detailed procedures, equipment lists and any other relevant requirements.<br>Lead the onshore planning and offshore execution of subsea operations.<br>Act as the focal point for all Scope of Work (SOW) reviews, design review and Saudi Aramco engineering compliance.<br>Ensure all subsea work is in full compliance with the Saudi Aramco's Marine Operations Manual and internally recognized Marine Guidance Documents.<br>Perform the role of Client Worksite Representative offshore, when necessary, while ensuring that the intervention contractor is provided with the correct site information and that the site is safe to use by identifying known hazards.<br>Provide technical input to any development projects, supplying functional guidance to engineering contractors on discipline specific matters, to ensure that quality of work is meeting Aramco standards, within timely and cost-effective manner.<br>Act as Saudi Aramco technical point of contact for all subsea project contracts.<br>Provide technical input for any decommissioning or new projects when necessary.</p><p>Minimum Requirements<br>You will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Marine Engineering. Identify opportunities to combine or split packages for efficiency. <br>Interface & coordination<br><br>Coordinate across master-planning, infrastructure, utilities, roads and mobility/rail teams, and between multiple contractors, to manage interfaces and dependencies. <br>Risk<br><br>Identify implementation risks, carry out qualitative assessment (probability/impact, pre- and post-mitigation), and propose practical mitigations and next steps. <br>Reporting & document production<br><br>Produce clear, well-structured technical reports, drawings, diagrams, dashboards and presentations to a professional standard, consolidating the above into deliverables such as implementation/constructability reports. <br><br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Essential<br><br>Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural or Construction Engineering (or a related discipline). Approximately 5–8 years of relevant experience on large building and/or infrastructure projects, with a contractor, consultant/PMC or developer. Hands-on exposure to at least two of: construction planning/phasing, constructability/methodology, site logistics, or contract packaging. Sound working knowledge of construction methods, sequencing and site logistics on large, complex projects. <br>Desirable / advantageous<br><br>Experience on giga-/mega-projects or large mixed-use developments, ideally in the Gulf region. Exposure to deep basements, tunnelling/metro, bridges or heavy civil works. Working towards professional registration/chartership (e.g. CEng / PE). Master's degree in a relevant discipline. <br>Technical competencies<br><br>Essential<br><br>Auto CAD / Civil 3D and GIS (Arc GIS or QGIS) for spatial planning and phasing. Programme literacy — able to read and work to Primavera P6 / MS Project schedules. Advanced Excel, with strong reporting and presentation skills. <br>Desirable<br><br>4D/BIM tools (e.g. Synchro, Navisworks) and data-visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI).
