Lead the drafting, review, and negotiation of commercial contracts for clients ranging from startups to midsize and enterprise companies — on both the buy side and the sell side. Advise clients on public procurement: tender preparation and review, bid compliance, framework agreements, contract award procedures, and challenge / remedies processes. Draft and negotiate SLAs, pricing and payment schedules, liability and indemnity frameworks, warranties, and termination provisions.
