The role is responsible for building strong working relationships with maintenance personnel, control room operators, field operators, and plant managers while ensuring safe operations through effective work permit management and strict compliance with NGHC EH&S standards.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Operations Management Lead a team of 15–20 control room operators and field operators.
