Primary objective:The Lifeguard is responsible for ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all students, staff, and visitors using the school's swimming pool and aquatic facilities at all times. The post holder maintains constant, vigilant supervision of the pool area, enforces pool safety rules, and responds immediately and effectively to any emergency, providing first aid and water rescue as required.<br>The Lifeguard works closely with the Sports Department and Physical Education staff to support the safe delivery of swimming lessons, sports events, and pool-based activities, while maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards of the aquatic facility in line with Misk Schools' policies.<br>Areas of responsibility:Maintain continuous, active supervision of the swimming pool and surrounding areas during all lessons, training sessions, and open swim times. Enforce pool rules, safety regulations, and capacity limits at all times, ensuring the safety of all students, staff, and visitors. Respond immediately to emergencies, providing first aid, CPR, and water rescue as required, and escalate to medical support when necessary. Conduct regular water quality checks (chlorine level, p H, temperature) and report any issues to the Sports Department/Facilities team promptly. Ensure all pool safety equipment (rescue tubes, first aid kit, AED) is present, in good working order, and accessible at all times. Support PE teachers and swim instructors during lessons by actively monitoring students in and around the pool. Check and verify students' swimming ability level before permitting access to deep-water areas, in line with school policy. Maintain accurate incident, accident, and near-miss logs, and report them to the line manager without delay. Ensure the pool deck, changing rooms, and surrounding areas are kept clean, tidy, and free of hazards. Carry out daily opening and closing safety checks of the pool and aquatic facilities. Support the safe organisation and running of swimming galas, sports days, and other aquatic events. Attend mandatory lifeguard certification renewals, CPR/first aid refresher courses, and safeguarding training as required. Ensure strict adherence to child safeguarding and protection procedures at all times, given direct and regular supervisory contact with students. Undertake additional duties as and when reasonably required by the line manager.<br>Safeguarding:The post holder will be required to safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people and follow the school's safeguarding policies and the staff code of conduct, given their direct and regular contact with students. They will directly support the designated safeguarding lead as a priority to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students at the school.<br>Qualifications:Valid Lifeguard Certification (e.g. RLSS, NPLQ, Star Guard, or equivalent national/international body) (essential). Valid First Aid and CPR/AED certification (essential). High school diploma or equivalent (essential); further education or vocational training in sports/aquatics (desirable). Title<br><br>AFCAP V PSAB: CE Operations Support Specialist<br><br>Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR! <br><br>Position Summary<br><br>The Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) CES Operational Specialist/Customer Support Specialist shall provide customer support services to the 378 Expeditionary Civil Engineering Squadron (ECES) which includes identifying facility needs, categorizing work, and reviewing work orders. Personnel shall also prepare and manage work requirements during approval, processing, and completion stages as well as recommend method of accomplishment based on existing capabilities.<br><br>The aforementioned requirements are in support of BASE OPERATING SUPPORT-INSTALLATION (BOS-I) services to the 378 Air Expeditionary Wing (AEW), mission partners, and tenant units, including transient, temporary duty (TDY), permanent party, and rotational personnel as well as five (5) remote Army sites at PSAB, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).<br><br>Responsibilities<br><br>Develops, monitors, and manages work order priority program and ensures compliance with legal limits or support agreements as well as perform service call functions. Operates computer and communications equipment to support work force management activities as well as manages preparation and maintenance of work force records and reports. Perform customer coordination of work, facility inspections, and service disruptions with the facility manager or occupant not later than 2 working days before work is scheduled or as specified by local standards. Identify, estimate, plan, and procure the resources required to accomplish all approved work. Review work requests and investigate the request and make recommendations on how to accomplish the work as well as maintain a system to provide work order status to customers. Develop and manage processes to obtain digging permits, welding permits, and confined space entry permits and ensure approval is granted by appropriate offices. Responsible for managing and supporting the Work Request Review Board (WRRB) process which includes setting up meetings, providing agendas, and acting as a facilitator to determine work accomplishment. This position shall function as an integral team member, cooperating with and supporting U. S. deployed forces, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and shall share information with other integral team members as required. Ensure all contractual performance objectives are met and contractual submittals are provided to the government. As required, be available within two (2) hours of notification to meet on the installation with Government personnel. Ensure the successful delivery of services to 4,000 personnel, plus or minus 10%, at all times. As a Storekeeper, you will need to:<br>Inventory Management & Stock Handling Manage the proper organization, storage, and handling of materials, goods, and supplies within the storeroom. Ensure all inventory is stored appropriately to prevent damage, contamination, loss, or waste. Maintain accurate records of stock movements, including receipts, issues, returns, and transfers. Plan and conduct regular stock counts and inventory checks to ensure stock records are accurate. Monitor the condition of stored goods and report damaged, expired, missing, or discrepant items to the Purchasing Manager or Chief Accountant. Ensure stock is clearly organized and easily accessible when required.<br>Receiving & Inspection of Deliveries Oversee the receiving of deliveries and check goods against purchase orders, delivery notes, and supporting documentation. Verify the quantity and general condition of received goods. Report any shortages, damages, discrepancies, or expired items to the Purchasing Manager or Chief Accountant and follow up with suppliers as required. Ensure all received goods are properly documented and recorded according to company procedures. Safely move and store received items in their designated locations.<br>Stock Issuance & Distribution Control the issuance and distribution of goods to various departments based on approved requisitions. Ensure requested items are issued in the correct quantity and within the required timeframe. Maintain proper documentation for all stock issued, returned, or transferred. Ensure the timely fulfilment of departmental stock requirements. Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded for inventory control purposes.<br>Stock Rotation & Waste Minimization Implement and enforce proper stock rotation procedures, including FIFO (First In, First Out) and other applicable inventory practices. Monitor perishable and non-perishable goods to minimize spoilage and unnecessary waste. Identify and report slow-moving, excess, damaged, or expired inventory. Oversee the proper handling and disposal of damaged or expired goods in accordance with company procedures.<br>Documentation & Record Keeping Maintain accurate and organized records of stock receipts, issues, returns, and inventory movements. Update inventory records and prepare supporting documentation for all stock transactions. Coordinate periodic inventory counts, reconciliations, and audits with the Finance team. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and filed in accordance with company policies and Finance procedures. Investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve stock-related issues, escalating where necessary.<br>Housekeeping, Safety & Compliance Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized storeroom at all times. Ensure goods are stored safely and appropriately to prevent accidents, damage, or contamination. Follow all company health, safety, hygiene, and security procedures. Maintain appropriate housekeeping standards within all storage areas. Handle goods and equipment safely and report any unsafe conditions immediately.<br>Team Leadership & Collaboration Work closely with the Purchasing, Finance, and operational departments to ensure efficient storeroom operations. Supervise, guide, and train Storeroom Assistants, allocating daily tasks and monitoring performance. Support the Purchasing Manager and Chief Accountant with daily operational requirements and inventory-related activities. Communicate effectively regarding stock shortages, discrepancies, damaged goods, or other operational concerns. Carry out additional reasonable duties as assigned by the Purchasing Manager, Chief Accountant, or management.<br>Key Qualifications Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent; a diploma or certification in Storekeeping, Inventory Management, Finance, or Supply Chain is an advantage. Minimum two to three years' experience in a storeroom, warehouse, inventory, or receiving role, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment. Solid working knowledge of inventory control, stock handling, and receiving procedures. Previous experience supervising or coordinating a small storeroom team is an advantage. Working knowledge of inventory or ERP systems (e.g., Materials Control, SAP, or similar). Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.<br>Skills and Competencies Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills. ROLE OVERVIEW <br>The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day execution, content planning, community engagement, and creative coordination of client social media accounts across multiple platforms. This role oversees content creation support, shoot coordination, publishing, campaign execution, reporting, and audience engagement while ensuring alignment with client objectives, brand identity, and agency standards. <br>The Social Media Executive works closely with strategists, designers, photographers, videographers, account managers, and production teams to develop engaging, high-quality, and strategically aligned content across digital platforms. The role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, communication abilities, strategic awareness, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously within a fast-paced agency environment. <br>In addition to operational execution, the Social Media Executive contributes to content strategy, campaign ideation, production coordination, trend integration, and performance optimization to support overall brand growth and engagement. <br>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES <br>Content Creation & Planning Develop engaging and creative content (captions, visuals, reels, videos, stories, etc.) aligned with each client’s brand identity and marketing objectives. Attend and cover events, launches, and activations to capture photos, live videos, and stories in real time. Social Media Management Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and publishing across various social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, X, Facebook, You Tube, etc.). Monitor engagement levels, respond to comments and messages, and maintain an active and consistent brand presence. Ensure all published content follows brand guidelines and aligns with ongoing campaigns and objectives. Strategy & Campaign Execution Contribute to the development of social media strategies aimed at increasing engagement, reach, and follower growth. Support the execution of campaigns, influencer collaborations, and paid social initiatives. Identify and capitalize on social media trends, viral moments, and creative opportunities to keep clients’ content fresh and relevant. Analytics & Reporting Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using platform analytics and third-party tools. Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, publications, and industry partners. Track, monitor, and compile PR performance into a structured monthly report, highlighting coverage, features, and overall impact. <br>QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS <br>Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising, Public Relations, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications or professional courses in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, influencer marketing, or platform strategy are considered an advantage. Certifications related to Meta Marketing, Tik Tok Marketing, Google Analytics, content strategy, or digital storytelling are considered a plus. Experience 2–4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, community management, or agency environments. Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously across different industries and platforms. Experience coordinating shoots, overseeing content production, and managing on-site content execution is strongly preferred. Previous experience handling lifestyle, hospitality, beauty, retail, F&B, fashion, healthcare, or corporate accounts is considered an advantage. Experience collaborating with designers, videographers, photographers, influencers, and production teams is preferred. Technical Skills & Platforms Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, Facebook, X, and You Tube. Familiarity with platform best practices, content optimization techniques, engagement strategies, and audience behavior trends. Experience using social media scheduling and management tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later, or similar platforms. Strong familiarity with analytics and reporting tools including Instagram Insights, Tik Tok Analytics, Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and platform reporting dashboards. Familiarity with project management and workflow tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com, or Notion is preferred. Content Creation & Creative Capabilities Strong understanding of content planning, visual storytelling, social-first content strategies, and audience engagement techniques. Ability to create compelling captions, campaign concepts, activation ideas, and platform-specific content approaches. Strong understanding of shoot planning, mood boards, shot lists, content direction, and creative coordination. Experience with mobile content creation, event coverage, behind-the-scenes content, reels, and short-form video formats is strongly preferred. Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Adobe Express, InShot, or similar content editing tools is considered an advantage. Communication & Organizational Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required. Arabic language proficiency is considered a strong advantage.
