<p>Project Manager — Infrastructure Projects</p><p>Full-time — On-site<br><br>&nbsp;</p><p><em>Landmark Projects Company</em> announces a vacancy for a Project Manager to lead the execution of an infrastructure project (water and sewage networks, and road works).</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><em>Key Responsibilities:</em></p><p>• Full project management: planning, scheduling, productivity monitoring, and cost control</p><p>• Representing the company before the main contractor, consultant, and owner</p><p>• Preparing and following up on payment certificates and quantity surveying</p><p>• Supervising the implementation of safety and security requirements</p><p>• Leading execution teams and managing supplies</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><em>Qualifications and Skills:</em></p><p>• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering + membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers</p><p>• Minimum 8 years of experience in infrastructure projects, including 4 years as a Project Manager</p><p>• Experience with government and semi-government projects and knowledge of their requirements</p><p>• Familiarity with contracts, quantity surveying, and preparing payment certificates</p><p>• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera</p><p>• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple work fronts</p><p>• Clean safety record</p>
