<p><span>We are looking for a <strong>Senior Personnel Technician </strong>Under the direction of Reg. Personnel Manager, to perform wide variety of responsible personnel and Administration tasks in the processing and maintenance of personnel related documents in support of Payroll Function to ensure timely and accurate pay to employees in compliance with established policies and procedures</span></p><br><br>

<li><span>Diploma in Human Resources, Accounting or related field</span></li>
<li><span>Minimum 1 to 2 years of increasingly responsible personnel job</span></li>
<li><span>Ability to gather, analyze and act upon relevant information in a timely manner</span></li>
<li><span>Ability to respond to questions or complaints from employees. Ability to research and resolve personnel related discrepancies.</span></li>
<li><span>Must have strong computer skills with proficiency in a variety of word processing, spreadsheet and database applications</span></li>
<li><strong><span>Excellent spoken and written English & Arabic</span></strong></li>

Role Description This is a remote role for a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist, available on a part-time or full-time basis. The specialist will plan, create, and publish digital content across channels such as the website, blog, email, and social media to build brand awareness and generate leads. Day-to-day work includes developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, creating marketing copy and visual briefs, and optimizing content for SEO and engagement. The role also involves tracking and reporting on campaign performance, conducting audience and competitor research, and recommending data-informed improvements. Collaboration with founders and technical team members will be key to translating complex IT and cybersecurity topics into clear, compelling content for target audiences. Qualifications Digital marketing skills, including campaign planning, basic SEO, social media management, and performance tracking. Content creation skills, including writing for web, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media copy. Ability to translate technical topics (e.g., cloud, cybersecurity, IT services) into clear, accessible content. Familiarity with common marketing tools and platforms (such as CMS, email marketing tools, and social media schedulers). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with attention to detail and consistency. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks. Experience in B2B technology, IT services, or startups is beneficial. Relevant education or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:Help maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events as needed. Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to recruitment activities. Collaborate with team members on daily operation tasks . Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Saudi national and eligible in the Tamheer program. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point). Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced team environment.
The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits.
