The role involves maintaining detailed account records, monitoring billing and payments, and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to resolve issues and support uninterrupted supply. The Account Specialist will build strong relationships with clients, identify opportunities to expand business, and provide proactive support on project materials, power solutions, and logistics services.
