To market, promote and profile the service to patients, referrers and the general public and to undertake business development activities.<br>Technical:<br>Responsible for the implementation and delivery of age appropriate patient care congruent with the mission, vision and values of the organisation. Performs all general radiography procedures in accordance with department policies, procedures and protocols. Performs other radiography (special) procedures as required. Evaluates images produced for acceptable quality, appropriateness and completeness. Forwards images to Radiologist for review and reporting. Ensures that Department activities are integrated and coordinated with key care departments. Ensures that equipment is properly maintained for a safe and efficient work environment. Utilises evidence-based practice to develop and implement standards that guide practice improvement initiatives.<br>Quality & Safety:<br>Evaluates factors related to safety, outcomes, effectiveness, cost, and social impact when developing and implementing practice innovations. Participates in Quality Assurance programs within the clinical care setting.<br>Qualifications, Certifications and Experience:<br>Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Diagnostic Imaging, or a related field Must be qualified and experienced in both Ultrasound and X-ray imaging Maintains valid, current licensure from own country. BLS certification. Not less than 2 years of post graduate experience in an acute care hospital. Knowledge of KSA Health Regulations. International accreditation experience. The ability to influence and implement change. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively with others. Organized and able to work methodically.
