Roles & Responsibilities
Participates in a structured doctoral research training program and supports the planning, execution, and dissemination of biomedical research activities under the supervision of a Principal Investigator (PI). Contributes to research projects, scientific.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
- Designs and conducts experimental studies under PIsupervision in areas including molecular biology, cell biology, genomics, ortranslational research
- Performs laboratory procedures such as cell culture, PCR,Western blotting, ELISA, flow cytometry, sequencing workflows, and/or imagingtechniques
- Prepares reagents, buffers, and biological samplesensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and institutionalbiosafety standards
- Contribute to integrative analyses (e.g., multi-omics, clinicaldatasets, translational pipelines)
- Conduct literature reviews and contribute to hypothesisgeneration and study design
- Contribute to a culture of academic excellence,innovation, and ethical research conduct
- Support IRB submissions, protocol development, andregulatory documentation where applicable
- Adhere to all institutional policies on research ethics,biosafety, and data governance
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams across KFSHRCand partner institutions
- Follows all Hospital s related Policies and Procedures.
- Participates in self and others' education, training anddevelopment, as applicable.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master s Degree inBiomedical Sciences, Molecular Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, Medicine,Pharmacy, or a closely related discipline.
- Three (3) years ofrelated experience is required.
- Must be accepted intoor enrolled in a PhD Program in Biomedical Sciences.
