Deep understanding of Generative AI, machine learning, and natural language processing concepts and real‑world use cases. Proven ability to influence senior executives and communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business‑focused manner. A strong commercial mindset with a track record of shaping, positioning, and closing high‑value technology engagements. Familiarity with leading cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and GCP. Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading or co‑leading AI, data, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiatives. At least 2 years of hands‑on experience working with Generative AI solutions such as large language models, AI agents, or Gen AI‑enabled applications. Minimum of 5 years’ experience within one or more industry verticals such as Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing & Commercial, Automotive, Healthcare & Life Sciences, or Public Sector, demonstrated through delivery, account ownership, or solution leadership. As Spa Therapist, you will need to:Perform a variety of professional spa services such as massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness therapies to the highest standards. Provide a personalized guest experience by offering recommendations based on guest preferences, treatment history, and wellness goals. Ensure all treatments are administered safely and effectively, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation. Deliver treatments that exceed the guests' expectations, ensuring relaxation, comfort, and satisfaction throughout their experience. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the spa’s menu, including all services, products, and treatments, and be prepared to suggest appropriate treatments based on guests’ needs. Prepare and maintain the treatment rooms, ensuring they are clean, well-organized, and stocked with the necessary supplies before and after each treatment. Ensure the proper use of spa products and equipment, and handle them with care to ensure their longevity and efficiency. Maintain a professional and positive attitude, demonstrating attention to detail, consistency, and empathy in every guest interaction. Assist guests with pre- and post-treatment instructions, such as skin care routines and wellness advice, to enhance the benefits of the treatment. Keep records of guest preferences, treatment histories, and specific requests, ensuring a personalized approach with each visit. Follow all safety, health, and hygiene guidelines, ensuring a safe and clean environment for both guests and team members. Proactively contribute to spa retail sales by recommending products to guests that complement their treatment or wellness needs. Maintain a high level of professionalism by adhering to dress code, grooming standards, and company policies at all times. Ensure the confidentiality of all guest information, including preferences, treatment history, and special requests. Assist with the promotion of the spa and wellness offerings, participating in special events, seasonal promotions, and other marketing initiatives. Collaborate with other spa team members and departments to ensure that the guest experience is seamless, from booking to treatment to check-out. Maintain the spa’s ambiance, contributing to a peaceful, rejuvenating atmosphere for guests through both your demeanor and actions. Report any guest feedback or concerns to the Spa Manager in a timely manner, working with the team to resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
