<p>The Project Manager role is for an <strong>Owner’s Engineer (Consultant)</strong> supporting an SPV responsible for developing an <strong>Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant (IWWTP)</strong> in Jubail. The facility includes:</p><br>

The Role: Marketing Manager We are hiring a Marketing Manager (Head-level) to lead and scale Loop’s marketing function. This is a strategic and execution-focused leadership role responsible for defining Loop’s marketing strategy, Go-To-Market (GTM) approach, and brand presence, while also managing performance-driven growth initiatives. The Marketing Manager will lead the department, own targets, manage budgets, and directly impact lead generation and brand awareness across Saudi Arabia. Reporting Line & Team Structure● Reports to: CEO● Manages the Marketing Department, including:○ Senior Performance Marketing Specialist○ Marketing Operations Specialist○ Content Writer & BD Manager○ Graphic Designer This role is expected to actively lead, coach, hire, and-when necessary-make difficult performance decisions. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & GTM● Define and own the end-to-end marketing strategy, GTM plans, and channel mix.● Develop clear positioning, messaging, and branding for Loop’s services.● Build and execute integrated campaigns to drive clothing donations and brand trust. Growth & Performance Marketing● Own all lead-generation KPIs, with a strong focus on performance, conversion rates, and funnel optimization.● Reduce dependency on paid acquisition by increasing leads from organic and non-paid channels.● Oversee paid media strategy and performance, including budget ownership and optimization. Leadership & Team Management● Lead, manage, and develop the marketing team to achieve ambitious growth targets.● Set clear goals, performance metrics, and accountability across the team.● Hire and scale the team as needed; make decisive people-management calls when required.
