<span><strong>Job Purpose</strong></span>
<p>The Dive Center Divemaster is a site-based operational role within the GALAXEA department, responsible for supporting the daily operations of dive centers across The Red Sea and AMAALA destinations. The role leads guided dives, assists in the delivery of PADI courses, and supports the Dive Center Manager in ensuring the safe, efficient, and professional operation of all diving and underwater tourism activities.</p><br><br>
<p>The Dive Center Divemaster plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high operational standards, preparing dive facilities and equipment, supporting dive-related retail activities, and ensuring all operations are conducted in accordance with PADI standards, company procedures, and safety, quality, environmental, and service excellence requirements.</p><br><br>
<span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span>

<li>Support the Dive Center Manager in the daily operation of the assigned dive center.</li>

<li>Strong understanding of dive safety, emergency procedures, and operational risk management.</li>
