– Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements in alignment with BESTE's commercial framework and margin targets.
Technical Customer Engagement
– Present tool technical specifications, reliability data, cost-per-foot analyses, and efficiency comparisons to operator drilling engineers.
– Collaborate with Aramco well planning teams to get BESTE tools specified in upcoming BHA programs and well designs.
– Conduct field visits and technical performance reviews, translating findings into customer-facing improvement proposals.
Operations Interface & Customer Satisfaction
– Liaise with BESTE's operations and logistics teams to ensure tool availability, delivery schedules, and readiness align with customer drilling programs.

– Serve as the escalation point for key account issues, coordinating rapid resolution between field operations and the customer.
– Provide accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence reports to the Country Sales Manager and leadership team.
– Mentor junior business development personnel in technical tool applications, customer communication, and commercial negotiation.

– Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mechanical, or related discipline) or equivalent technical qualification.

– Deep knowledge of downhole tool types, applications, limitations, and BHA design principles.
– Demonstrated experience interfacing with Saudi Aramco or equivalent NOC procurement and engineering teams.
