<p><b>1. Job Purpose</b> </p><p>The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining the company's <b>Quality Management System (QMS) </b>and ensuring that all HVAC products manufactured by the company comply with:</p><p>• Saudi Aramco requirements and approved vendor requirements </p><p>• Approved project specifications and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) </p><p>• Applicable international standards and codes </p><p>• Customer-approved drawings and technical submittals </p><p>• Approved manufacturing procedures and work instructions </p><p>• Contractual quality requirements </p><p>• ISO 9001 requirements</p><p> The position will have overall responsibility for <b>Quality Assurance, Quality Control, inspection, testing, documentation, non-conformance management and continuous improvement</b> throughout the manufacturing process.</p><p><br></p><p><b>2. Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>A. Quality Management System</b></p><p>• Establish, implement and continuously improve the company's <b>ISO 9001-based QMS</b></p><p>• Maintain the Quality Manual, procedures, work instructions, inspection formats and quality records. </p><p>• Ensure effective implementation of:</p><p>o Document Control </p><p>o Record Control </p><p>o Internal Audit </p><p>o Corrective & Preventive Action </p><p>o Non-Conformance Control </p><p>o Customer Complaint Management </p><p>o Supplier Quality Management </p><p>o Calibration Management </p><p>o Training & Competency</p><p>• Establish measurable Quality Objectives and KPIs. </p><p>• Conduct periodic management reviews and report quality performance to senior management. </p><p>• Ensure QMS effectiveness across Engineering, Procurement, Production, Testing, Stores and Dispatch. </p><p><b>B. Saudi Aramco Quality Requirements</b> </p><p>• Ensure compliance with applicable <b>Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards, Material System Specifications, project specifications and approved vendor requirements. </b></p><p>• Maintain readiness for Saudi Aramco technical and quality audits/inspections. </p><p>• Coordinate with Aramco, clients, consultants, third-party inspectors and certification bodies. </p><p>• Prepare and maintain documentation required for technical and quality approval. </p><p>• Ensure products are manufactured only against approved drawings, specifications and applicable material numbers. </p><p>• Coordinate responses to inspection observations, NCRs and audit findings. </p><p>• Ensure timely closure of corrective actions.</p><p>Saudi Aramco may conduct factory assessments to evaluate the manufacturer's QMS and its capability to produce materials/equipment meeting applicable Aramco specifications. </p><p><b>C. HVAC Product Quality Control</b> </p><p>Establish inspection and testing controls for products. </p><p>Ensure inspection at:</p><p><b>Incoming Material → In-Process Manufacturing → Assembly → Testing → Final Inspection → Packing → Dispatch</b></p><p><b>D. Incoming Material Inspection</b> </p><p>Develop and implement incoming inspection procedures for raw materials. </p><p>Verify: </p><p>• Material certificates </p><p>• Manufacturer certificates </p><p>• Dimensions </p><p>• Thickness </p><p>• Grade </p><p>• Coating/galvanization </p><p>• Quantity </p><p>• Approved manufacturer/source </p><p>• Purchase specification compliance </p><p><b>E. In-Process Quality Control</b> </p><p>Establish inspection checkpoints for HVAC manufacturing processes including:</p><p>Ensure that <b>quality hold points and witness</b> points defined in ITPs are properly implemented. </p><p><b>F. Testing & Final Inspection</b> </p><p>Develop and control final inspection and testing procedures for products. </p><p>Coordinate client’s third-party inspections where required.</p><p><br></p><p><b>3. Inspection & Test Plans </b></p><p>The QA/QC Manager shall: </p><p>• Develop and approve <b>Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).</b> </p><p>• Establish inspection stages, acceptance criteria, responsible personnel and required records. </p><p>• Define <b>Hold Points (H), Witness Points (W), Review Points (R) </b>and surveillance requirements where applicable. </p><p>• Ensure inspections are carried out against approved drawings and specifications. </p><p>• Maintain traceability of inspection results to individual equipment/unit serial numbers</p><p><br></p><p><b>4. NCR & Corrective Action Management</b></p><p>• Identify and control non-conforming products/materials. </p><p>• Issue and manage NCRs. </p><p>• Perform root-cause analysis using appropriate techniques. </p><p>• Establish corrective and preventive actions. </p><p>• Verify effectiveness of corrective actions. </p><p>• Maintain NCR and CAPA databases. </p><p>• Monitor recurring defects and implement preventive measures.</p><p><br></p><p><b>5. Supplier & Subcontractor Quality </b></p><p>• Establish supplier qualification and evaluation procedures. </p><p>• Conduct supplier quality audits where required. </p><p>• Review supplier Quality Plans and ITPs. </p><p>• Verify supplier certificates and test reports. </p><p>• Monitor supplier NCRs and recurring quality issues. </p><p>• Maintain an Approved Supplier List. </p><p>• Coordinate third-party inspection of critical components.</p><p><br></p><p><b>6. Calibration & Measuring Equipment</b> </p><p>Maintain the company's calibration system for all instruments and equipment applicable for production. </p><p>Ensure all measuring and test equipment has valid calibration certificates traceable to appropriate standards</p><p><br></p><p><b>7. Documentation & Quality Records</b> </p><p>Ensure complete and controlled preparation of: </p><p>Ensure complete <b>equipment traceability from raw material through final delivery</b></p><p><br></p><p><b>8. Minimum Qualifications </b></p><p><b>Education </b></p><p>• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering or equivalent. </p><p><b>Certifications</b> </p><p>Preferably: </p><p>• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor </p><p>• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor </p><p>• Quality Management certification</p><p><br></p><p><b>12. preferred.</li><li>Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems is highly desirable.</li><li>Professional certification from recognized quality or engineering organizations is
