Digital Workforce Management: Oversee the administration of essential Saudi labor portals, including Qiwa (contracts and authentication), Muqeem (visas and residency), and Mudad (Wages Protection System compliance). Policy Development: Draft and implement Internal Work Regulations (IWR) that comply with Saudi Labor Law, ensuring they are officially certified via the Qiwa platform. Employee Relations & Advisory: Act as the primary advisor to management on local labor nuances, including termination protocols, end-of-service benefits (ESB) calculations, and cultural integration.<br>Requirements Qualifications & Expertise Experience: At least 7 year's of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or "foundational" role within Saudi Arabia. Regulatory Mastery: Deep, up-to-date knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and the Nitaqat system. Systems Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, and Mudad is an advantage. C&B Knowledge: Familiarity with Saudi market salary benchmarks and the mandatory Wages Protection System (WPS).
